Membership on the IEEE Signal Processing and Computing for Communications (SPCC) Technical Committee is open to all members of the IEEE Communications Society who share an interest in signal processing in communications.

First, you must be a member of SPCC. If you are not, please refer to the above “how to join the SPCC”.

Second, please use your email account registered with SPCC to send your post to  spcc@COMSOC.ORG
